By placing a booking with us you and your booking party agree to the terms and conditions set-out below, and during your stay you agree to abide by these conditions. Guests must present proper ID on arrival of which we make a copy. The lead guest must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age. Where the person making the booking is different to the lead guest taking up the occupation, the person making the booking can be held responsible for cancellation, non-arrival or damages. Only the lead guest and other accompanying guests named in the booking party are allowed to use the property and its facilities; third party visitors require separate admission. All guests agree to respect the resort rules, including the privacy and peace of all other staying guests, neighbours, the public, and the owners at all times. By placing a booking all guests automatically agree to not engage in any illicit activity on the property. We reserve the right to cancel a booking with immediate effect if guests are not honouring this agreement. 

A booking must be paid in advance. When booking through online travel agencies (Agoda,, etc.) or through our website, advance payment is automatically made. 
We collect a damage deposit of Peso 2,000 (two thousand pesos) in cash upon arrival and return the same deposit in cash upon departure, less any damage to the property caused by the guest.
Our restaurant accepts cash and credit cards.

When booking directly with us:
- Cancellation more than 7 (seven) days in advance of arrival date = Full refund (less any bank or PayPal transfer fees)
- Cancellation within 7 (seven) days of arrival date = 1st night charge 
- Cancellation within 48hrs or less of arrival date, or no-show = No refund.
When booking through online travel agencies (Agoda,, etc.) please see our specific cancellation policy posted with them. When booking via an online travel agency, cancellation must also be made through them.

In the rare event that we, the Hotel, need to cancel a booking, please be aware that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control and that our liability is limited to the refund of any payment already made. We may cancel the accommodation contract under the following cases:
(1)When the Guest is deemed liable to conduct or has conducted him/herself in a manner that would contravene the laws or act against the public order and good morals in regard to the accommodation
(2)When the Guest seeking accommodation is carrying an infectious disease
(3)When violent demands, actions or burdens that exceed the scope of reasonable requests are made by the Guest
(4)When the Hotel is unable to provide accommodation due to natural calamities and/or other causes of force majeure
(5)When the Guest is liable to conduct him/herself in a manner that would cause serious annoyance to other guests or behaves in such manner due to intoxication or other reasons
(6)When the Guest does not observe prohibited actions such as smoking in the room and other prohibitions stipulated by the Hotel to avoid the causing of fires
(7)When the Guest is an Organized Crime Group, a member of such group or related to such group.

Check-in after 3:00pm; check-out by 11:00 am latest on day of departure.

Guests accept to use this access to the internet fairly and appropriately. It is not intended or suited for heavy media streaming, online gaming, extensive downloads / uploads or any illegal activity.

Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms, on the balconies and terraces, or in the restaurant area. Smoking is only allowed outside in designated areas by the beach and in accordance with local regulations. Please note that the municipality has a no smoking policy in public areas.

We impose a penalty fee of PHP5,000 (five thousand pesos) for violating our on-site smoking policy

The Hotel shall compensate the Guest for any damage if the Hotel has caused such damage to the Guest in the course of its performance of, or by its non-fulfilment of, the accommodation contract. This provision shall not apply in the event that such damage has been caused by reason(s) not attributable to the Hotel.

The Guest shall compensate the Hotel for damage caused through the intention or negligence of the Guest and his/her booking party.

The Hotel reserves the right to charge the lead Guest for any damages caused through the course of a booking by any member of the booking party. This includes breakages, spillages, stains, damage to furniture or fixtures and fittings. Any accidental damages should be reported as soon as possible by the Guest in order to minimize the damage and associated costs. Lost keys incur a replacement charge.

Guests are responsible for the safe keeping of all their personal items for the duration of their stay. Any lost property left behind by guests, if discovered and found by the Hotel, will be held for a period of 1 (one) month. We accept no responsibility in replacing lost items and encourage guests to ensure they have all their belongings before checking-out. We may offer to post lost items at the cost of the owner, and otherwise collection can be arranged.

The hotel is not responsible for any damage to clothes as a result of its laundry services.

Outside food and drinks are not allowed to be consumed within the property, unless otherwise explicitly agreed with the Hotel. .

We do not accept pets.

We provide free on-site parking, Guests accept that they park their vehicles at their own risk.

We are required to keep a register of guests who stay with us. This includes a copy of passport/ID card showing full name and nationality, passport number, place of issue, and validity. These records are kept in accordance with governing laws and regulations, and for this purpose only.

The Guest shall observe regulations established by the Hotel and posted on the Hotel premises, such as - but not limited to - swimming pool regulations.

We reserve the right to cancel any booking without compensation or refund if these terms and conditions are breached by the Guest and/or their party.
